Yes id rather they not spend resources fighting for a doomed piece of legislation for the guys leased to these dollar a mile carriers. Those guys aren't ever going to be successful no matter how much money you spend in Washington lobbying for them.

Instead of spending a million or two in Washington to get them a few more cents in fsc, how about just a few cheap resources on their website showing how 87 cpm plus fsc will never be financially viable?

What has OOIDA done to change things for new drivers? Did they make a stink about the exceptions that CRE, CRST and several others got so they can run cdl permit holders as team drivers?

Did they hold FMCSA's feet to the fire over new driver training standards? Or did they roll over when FMCSA increased required quantity of training while ignoring competency?

Have they worked to dump the stupid 21 age limit for interstate? I can run an 18 year old all over Texas or California and not have him see home for a year, or run downtown Chicago every day but his license becomes invalid as soon as he crosses the state border? You want to change the quality of drivers we have coming in this is how to do it. Grab them out of high school, train them right and let them have a career.

Bean Jr., Blackshack46 and spyder7723 Thank this.

You list bartenders first. Glad to see you have your priorities in order.

    Well Mr Moneybags has arrived.

My tip is always don't work in a dead end job that leaves you panhandling your customers. Hell I t can not go back to TPAC because the snackbar pukes have an "added mandatory" tip. Not playing that game. Pay your people and show me a price. Otherwise f off ;)
