Keep your partner away from beans .. I can't say I miss driving team at least with modern trucks you may not be airborne in your sleep and the joy of listening to a slightly cupped tire

Of course every situation is different, just as every personality is different. When I teamed, (for just a few months,) I had two different drivers that teamed with me.

The first one, had a great personality, but horrible driving practices. It was very, very hard to sleep when he was driving, even if it was just out on the open freeways across the mid-western states. He actually was fired for a hit and run that he had pulled before he and I were teaming.

The second one was a good driver! I had absolutely NO problem in sleeping when he was driving. It was his personality that drove me nuts. He didn't have one. Period. He was not stupid, nor was he stuck up, he just didn't have any personality.

Of course I'm retired now, but I'd be really hard pressed to take a job teaming, even with someone that I knew.

Thank you. Henderson is one were looking at. Their starting team driver pay is .22 cpm. They are a new school however (5 months in operation) so no long term track record there but the company itself appears solid.

They are solid. They pull Prime trailers and haul Prime freight, but the positive is they blast by Prime trucks which are creeping along in the right lane.
