I'd like to have some knowledge about how Paschall Truck Lines/PTL treated some current drivers who have been with PTL longer than 1 years and/or former drivers?

I might of made a mistake by coming here? Everyone's input is appreciated.

Do you think you made a mistake because of what you experienced or are you listening to other drivers talk trash about PTL? If it's the latter, then you're the one making the mistake.

The funny thing is, he probably hasn't even started there yet. I'm with you, he should run a few loads then report back.

I’ve been with them 10 months so not quite a year but I’ll share my thoughts anyways. They gave me a shot after my previous job fired me for an at fault accident. A lot of companies turned me down but they took me. So I appreciate them for that. I don’t get a lot of miles but the loads are easy & they don’t micromanage me. Trucks are & shops are good. A lot of drop yards in big cities such as Dallas, Houston, Atanta, Nashville, & Memphis that are helpful for parking late at. Fleet managers, dispatchers, & office people are friendly & helpful, at least with me. Hometime isn’t bad & they’ve done a good job getting me home when I need. The main problem I have is the lack of miles. I average about 1500 a week. For that reason when enough time has passed from my accident I will be looking elsewhere. But it hasn’t been a bad time here. If you have experience & a good record look elsewhere. But if your record is bad or you’re brand new you could definitely do worse. Hope this helps.
