Passed an open Port of Entry Wyoming

    You only have to stop at Wyoming scales that have the black lettered white signs requiring it. And with prepass you follow what it tells you.
    If you've already been cleared at a POE you don't need to stop at the ones that only have a green sign.
    If you have not been cleared at a POE then you have to stop and be cleared.
    Wyoming is weird that way.

    Pronghorn (commonly called antelope, although that's incorrect) are way smarter than deer (you almost never see one on the highway) have amazing eyesight and are fast as heck. Also called speed goats. They are much further away than you think. They are the size of a great dane.
