Don't take the overweight thing lightly though.
Stay at a desirable weight and you will in turn easily pass most of your next physical with flying colors. So many deciding factors in the physical can be directly related to weight issues.

Sitting is a truck, it is easy to begin to gain weight. Don't wait....start working at it now and often.

How thorough was it?

I've been to some where they practically strap you down on that padded platform and start tickling you...or at least it felt like it...so much so I started laughing...and couldn't stop...people in the hall walking by thought something odd was going on...

He kept pressing down on the abb muscles, and I kept laughing...
And that was just the beggining of it...

Then the last one I had, a few weeks ago...all they did was make me fill out a form...and do yoga....and that was it...

I don't like when they make you take it all off, put on that paper towl robe, and wait in the room...'The doc will be with you in a minute'....

Expecially the ones who come in and think their groucho marx...enough with the jokes, your a doctor, not a comedian...
