    FFE would fire instantly on detection of someone else in truck or a yes answer to the question "Have you ever had anyone in the truck?"

    It's all about insurance and that magic waiver your passenger must sign. Anything happens to that passenger is his or her problem in total. Company has nothing to do with it.
