For those who have been through an IFTA audit and use some sort of GPS device (Omnitracs, for example), what documents did you provide to the auditor?
- Vehicle Position History Report
- ELD Driver Log
- Fuel Transaction Report
- Driver Trip Sheet (simplified IVDR, big fleet version)
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Distance & Fuel Summary (charts)
By the way, does anyone still provide the routes traveled on the trip sheet (IVDR), or do they just rely on the map coordinates in the Vehicle Position History Report? The big fleet I used to work for did not require their drivers to report the routes traveled in the trip sheets.
