I have a problem logging into my account on my laptop. I used up my five tries - several times - so I used the password reset tool several times over the last 3 hours or so. So far, I have not received any email to reset it. I am doing this from my iPad.

 

Check the spam folder of your email account.

 

I get notification for everything in there and check it regularly.

 

I want to close the loop on this comment and provide what I hope is valuable feedback for your IT folks.

I used the password reset tool on three browsers and four computer platforms, none of which worked. The one 'suggestion' I got - "check your spam folder" - was not helpful. I finally figured out my own password. Perhaps the issue is with the new Apple OS and iOS updates; I do not use a PC or any Microsoft product, including Internet Explorer, for anything and have found some issues with the recent OSX Yosemite and iOS 8 upgrades on other sites.

 

I use the same easy password for forums. Another -The same for phone/email/communications
Another- The same for banks which is stronger due to security. In all I have 4 passwords for everything.
