pay minimum wage

Oh that's the easiest sell there is if you ask me, you go to any training school and tell the students you'll pay them for 16 hours a day no matter how long they really work, youll have to hound them a little more to keep them moving but how many volunteers you think you'll get for that?

 

Sure to some dummy thats has no idea what trucking is supposed to be... But for those of us that are already out here??? If they think the turn over is bad now... Just wait until they start doing this crap.

 

They don't give a #### about turnover rates or they'd be paying good enough that this would never have even come up, but your aware of that already. They'll hire more people straight out of prison that can't get a job anywhere else, or they'll hire more people on work visas.
