Well I signed up for the 5 on 2 off under the assumption I would be able to average in the 2200-2500 mile range once I talked to my DM I was told I would have to stay out longer in order to average those miles, which is fine. I came in thinking it would be like my last 2 regional jobs where I could do two loads and get like 1800-2200 miles (so the average length of my loads was around 1000 miles). I did 8 loads like in 6 days at IDS and got around 1800 miles. I talked to my DM and said I need longer loads in order to get what I need financially; I was also counting on the bonus cents per mile I would get averaging 2500 miles a week. After talking with my DM and getting planned 2 more loads it didn't seem like they were set up or wanted to do that. I'm not gonna do 8-10 loads a week to get 2500 miles. For me its aggravating as he ll to do that, doing that many loads adds a lot of extra unpaid time I'm using driving in cities/ waiting at shippers receivers and so on and stress.

I too cannot see the fine print, but I can say this. When I worked for a company and needed to pay tolls, lumpers, I had gotten a cash advance of say $400. (no EZPass back then by the way) and I'd turn in the receipts to get reimbursed. ( I should point out, that each week we drivers with that company, all got the same cash advance for the road). If I had quit a job, I could have turned in the balance of the advance, which WAS part of my pay to begin with. But if I kept that money, and most times I did when I quit, they simply deducted the balance from my remaining paycheck. It all added up correctly.

As said, we should NOT actually pay for services with OUR money, the companies tell you it is TRUCK money, yeah your money to run thier truck!

Wait till the next pay period, it should all balance out.

Yeah I was able to look at that and the $300 came out for fuel but wasn't reimbursed. That's your issue.
