Paying my guys?

    You need to do an hourly rate. If you’re bidding right you should be able to do 30-40 and hour.

    Local work should really be bid hourly, or figured hourly as a low rate, $135+ an hour and 8 hour minimum, maybe if it’s a good customer 4 hours to show up and anything over is 8, you will go broke figuring out local by the mile, I’d rather the less wear and tear on the truck then forcing it to actually run down the road
