I never had one not do antenna and all. But then even if were case sure if asked to would and just be extra fee. I been driving since early 2002, friend in my experience other than what do it truck for use daily... I am no self claimed expert. Mostly, find if treat and talk to the techs with respect to their trade, they are usually very forth coming with knowledge, changes, and sometimes free stuff... Offer the same respect drivers say aren't given them. Mutual need and both are in the game to make money. Just ask and thank them for opinion most certainly their work. Ask for business card to call if have questions or issues later and few to hand out... Stay safe help when can driver... This here is LuckyDuck and I'm gone

I guess it all depends on if standard procedure is defined by what most do or if standard procedure is defined by what the best do.
The ones whose time is more valuable and who have 20 drivers outside the shop waiting in line for their turn to get some equipment worked on, would charge extra for coming outside to the truck and troubleshooting your antenna system.
There's really no such thing as standard procedure everybody does things differently.
