Pending Felony.... Options?

As far as there being jobs that don't require some form of drug test, every job I have held in over a decade has chosen to violate my privacy with at least a preemployment drug test.

I do agree if you drive a cmv in any way shape or form you better separate yourself from certain activities unless the law changes.

 

First thing they are going to do in the event of an accident is make you submit a sample. Look at that poor guy that was involved in that accident that was a result of a high speed chase. You know the incident where they arrested the nurse for upholding the guy's privacy because he was lights out.

That guy did nothing wrong, in the wrong place at the wrong time. They will always try to pit blame on the driver. Right or wrong.

Clearly there was no reason to have to get a sample from that driver.

 

In other words you can do anything you want if you don't get caught and that's okay with you? Getting caught or not is your only standard of behavior.

Look up "morally bankrupt" in the dictionary, it probably has your picture as an example.

I'm done with this thread, I have a bunch of drivers to keep track of. Thank God they're not like you.

 

Unfortunately you nor me make the laws, since this can have a profound impact on our carriers we don't do it. Stay clean and keep your job.
