Pending MC Application

I have a question maybe someone can answer before i reach out to the fmcsa to confirm.
I applied for a authority last year but plans changed and i did not get insurance so it was dismissed. Over the weekend i applied for the authority again. I just checked and under pending authority it shows the file date and status as accepted. What does that mean? just means the application was accepted?
i am assuming that i wont hear anything until the 21 day mark?
