I believe OOIDA has a lease agreement that you could use for a guide. You could use it and make changes where necessary. OOIDA will also look over your lease for you to make sure it is compliant with the federal regulations. It might save you money if you make up your own lease or used the one from OOIDA and then ran it past your own lawyer. All the requirements that must be included in any lease is on the fmcsa website. You can add to anything that is required, but all the things that must be included in the lease is on their website.
