    Article said they are getting paid till end of the year. Pepsi probably doesn’t want unproductive employees stealing or tampering with product. They also recently fought with the union and lost in April. Welp, fire them all.

    In some cases of the Illinois WARN Act employers have to give at least 90 days.
    Whether this applies to the Pepsi plant is questionable.

    Used to have to drive by the Chicago location to get to a customer at the last company I was leased to. It was really looking run down, like they just stopped taking care of it a couple years ago.

    I can’t stand MuthaTrucker but clicked on the video. Got a good chuckle reading all the comments about how drivers need a union to stop this, proving that most of his “viewers” don’t even watch the video. They simply comment on his thumbnail.

    I was under the impression that a lot of those drivers were already union, but I guess that isn’t the case.

    Are the trucks New Bern? I thought all corporate Pepsi places had New Bern trucks. Or was this an independent bottler?
