I've been a driver for Coke for 19 years. The plant I work out of will not hire you now unless you have at least one year experience.
As far as the work you'll probably humping a lot of cases at first. I do bulk which is all drop and go delivering to grocery stores and warehouse clubs. We are union all jobs are bid on by seniority every one on bulk has 10+ years in.

Went pretty good they do this excerise with a pallet of 2 liters and having to simulate being in a store making sure u u don't damage something or product and you have to put the 2 liter sodas in a sorta display based of a paper, It was easy the interview went good and he told they had to do other interviews but the fact that I have a friend who is a driever and sorta like mentor bcuz I learned how to drive from him spoke highly of my work ethic
