Flipping a coin sounds better than the way FedEx does it at my terminal. We commonly have two new drivers graduate the DDC at the same time, and their seniority is determined by however dispatch feels like doing it at any given moment. I’m fully expecting to get bumped down a spot or two at the next bid.

Hahaha. I delivered liquor in trenton and camden. Camden is a walk in the park compared to trenton, IMO. Trenton is just too tight and has too many nooks and crannies for all the hoodrats and junkies to hide in. I'd recommend open-carrying a blade on your hip. Anyone asks what its for, tell em u use it to open boxes with.

If this is your first driving job, stick it out for a year, get your experience, dont have any accidents, go get all of your endorsements, (Tanker, Double and Triples, Haz-Mat), and as soon as you hit that one year anniversary starting putting out resumes to more reputable, better paying companies.

If you think Pepsi is a bad place to work, you ain't seen nothing yet. I find them to be a good place to work so far.

That’s literally every food and beverage delivery job. You’ll get used to the stops and learn how to work safely and efficiently if you give it enough time.
