When I spoke with the hiring manager at the place that hauls sand he said his lazy drivers make 65k and the hustlers make 80+. The other place pays hourly but im not sure how many hours their drivers work. Its through a recruiting service and the recruiter won't really tell me that much. Just keeps saying that they don't do phone interviews and that I have to go out there. All I know is that California doesn't have what Im looking for so I have to try something new. If Texas doesn't work out then I'll go to PA or ND. Im determined to get my own truck and I'll do whatever it takes.

Rockwater is the sand hauling company. Not sure who the other company is because im going through DRS. They won't tell me anything until I set up an interview with them. Im leaving California on Wednesday so I'll be in Odessa on Thursday. I keep hearing that I just need to get out there so thats what Im doing.

I have been with Rockwater for about two years. Ignore the recruiters, if you have any question just pm me.

I just moved to midland from Cali. I'd say good money in vac driver. Email me kingk0027@gmail.com. I know the company I'm working for pays ticket pay so if your fast and safe you can make some good money.

Interested in how your uncle likes the Bakersfield job. Don't see too much advertising for crude hauling in Cali. TIA
