But, there might be construction scheduled to start during the window of your permit. Might be the last day.
You'll be long gone. But the state routes you around.
Hey maybe it's a different permit processor and they just want to f with you.
Good luck. -
Some times they actually get smart and route different directions to prevent all the oversized loads from meeting up on the same 2 lanes. When 40 was down to a single lane in Arkansas, Arkansas routed all oversized across US64. A hundred skinny bridges on a 24 wide road and traffic is 16 to 18 wide both ways.
rank, cke, bigguns and 1 other person Thank this. -
I am concerned about Norfolk.
How bout them tunnels? Any? The ones I remember are pretty... small one in particular below the main causeway used by the Navy to come and go...
Arkansas sends heavy and wide and high on our Highway 64 all the time but they always stop at the US 67 (Future I-59) bridge to assess it before hefting onto it with its massive tonnage. -
I d9nt miss it either. Now, they have the 440 loop tore up and are routing everyone across 40 to the 430 loop to 30. Not too bad. BTW, what happened to Carl? Is he in Thailand?cke Thanks this.
