    Most Dry Bulk Containers are sealed with a drag over tarp, a lid that clamps shut, or sealed in containment compartments. You cannot exceed the weight of course, you can't over fill them, of course, you don't want to spill anything, ever. Hummm. I would say its a top heavy thing, tipping over problem, but I just don't know, lets see, 7/8ths loaded, without being overweight, thats my final answer. )

    Exactly^. I always loaded on scales. Cement mostly. When it was up to weight your good to go. Tanks about 3/4 full.
    105500=gross. My answer is....when your at your gross weight.
