Personal Time "Bobtailing" I asked DOT :)

    And this is what I can not stand, regarding these stupid regulations!!! I mean seriously, where in the human world are humans so critical to other human and those human actions??? 100 yards, that you (dot) ordered me to drive???? Than you (dot) give me a fricken ticket for it??? LE in general, not DOT, are more forgiving of stupid things but NOT DOT officer's. The Commercial trucking rules are for robot's, no gray area, but we are human and the world turn on this fact, hence is why normal LE gives discretion. I have met very few DOT officers that use any form of discretion whats so ever. Sorry for the rant. Personally, I would have NOT moved my truck. I have never heard of anyone getting a ticket for obeying the law. If a DOT officer tell's you to break the law that he is enforcing, well than there ya have it..

    That's easy. Don't park illegally and you won't have that problem.

    That's true brother trucker but still, I stand by my quote due to the difference's between regular LE and DOT.

    My question now is do you have to pull into scales while on pc "off duty" driving?
