I recently bought a 24' box truck. I sell items on ebay and amazon. I am using the truck to pick up product. I used to rent a penski and figured I could save some money with owning my own. I will be driving through a state line and port of entry.
What am I reguired to have? DOT#, Not for Hire? Since it is my personal vehicle, Do I need a CDL, Medical card? etc.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

Considering you are using it for business purposes I don't see how you consider it a personal vehicle. Best bet would be to contact the DOT in your home state. Or you could join OOIDA and get some help from them.
xfoxracingx Thanks this. -
It is not a personal vehicle at this point, it is a commercial one and I would call your local DMV or what ever and ask them how to properly license, put on the sign and how to get a DOT# plus the required insurance.
Sorry didn't see Raezzor's post, it didn't show up until I posted this one.xfoxracingx Thanks this. -
Sorry to side step the conversation but, how are you doing at this? Ballpark annual income?
