Fly swatter, fly trap, rolled up something and bug assault. In that order.

 

Time for a shower?

 

Clean the truck.

 

Those little buggers can be quick and evasive.
I have used the canned spray oil with some success. It has a spread pattern so they often fly right into it.
Once those wings are doused in oil they fall to the ground for several seconds.
And it is non-toxic.

 

Get alot of them down here in the desert. Sometimes i open my window for 2 seconds yo talk to someone and now i have 6 of them flying around... They like the cool a/c. I kill them with my hat, works great as a fly swatter... Just make sure u get rid of them before hitting the ag check in california wouldnt want to bring any invasive species across the border

 

Was gonna say same thing, use your hat, I always have one in the truck and am pretty good at getting em

 

Air circulation fans... Get the air moving. Flies, at least I hope we are talking flies here, prefer still air. Skeeters also.

One of those jar fly traps combined with the moving air seemed to work pretty good for me.

 

Same thing at an egg farm. Open your windows to back in, 35 flies in about a minute....
