No, but it kinda makes them a tattletale. It's not exactly like calling in to say you saw a driver toking up while driving, or some other safety issue.
Pet policy ..

I agree the rules are the rule.. and if you dont like them find a company that will allow your pet.. My dog is like my kid and unless I can leave him with my daughter at home I will just have to find a company that will allow him.. there are several that will.. they may pay a few cpm less and charge a deposit and a weekely fee But that is the sacrifice I would be willing to make if I needed too.. US Xpress seems like a good Company and is pet friendly and at this time tops my list.. SNI really sounds good to But my dog would come 1st in the event my daughter couldn't take care of him..
I have a while before I need to worry about it.. I was just wondering what SNI rules were and now I know and its all good ..
My best friend ..Raptor![[IMG]](proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fi165.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fu42%2FD33R-HUNT3R%2FMisc%2520pics%2FPets%2FIMG_0205.jpg%3Ft%3D1274823702&hash=31d5494444059b7cc86671513a70c6e1)

spunkymonkey Thanks this. -
I'll definitely share!
This is Chica, our Greenwing Macaw (with my husband)
This is Disco, a Yellow Naped Amazon, and the most verbal of the bunch.
This is Elliot, our Blue and Gold Macaw. He's quite the character.
This is Green, our other Yellow Naped Amazon. She is almost 36 years old and has been in my family since being hatched. She hates men, therefore, she only loves me in our immediate family (I have 3 sons and a husband).
This is Skipper, a Congo African Grey. He talks a lot too, and does so with a very human voice. He also mimics sounds perfectly. He only lets my husband play with him. He loves me, but only from a distance. He's currently all plucked all his feathers out - assumably because I have started this OTR gig.
This is Tony, a Double Yellow Headed Amazon. He is my son's bird. He likes us all, but has a fondness for my son. The more rowdy and inappropriate he is with him, the more happy he is. Very strange.
I, too, was very upset at Schneider's no pet policy. Almost all my parrots LOVE being driven around, and I would so much enjoy the company of one (they'd take turns) on the road.treedodgingfool Thanks this. -
You know, I wonder the exact same thing because today I saw another Schneider driver at a customer where we were waiting to be unloaded for 4+ hours because their clamp truck was broken down and he stayed in the cab with his dog the entire time. I did not even see the dog until I helped him slide his tandems on the practically new trailer he had and his dog poked its head out the window. I also wonder what they do when they have to put their truck in the shop for a PM and they are not going on hometime.

Your husband looks none to happy in that first pic! LOL.

Well, he did have a rather heavy bird claw her way to his head, lol. She's a sweetheart though. She could break every bone in your hand with one easy bite, but she's so gentle. Even when she's PO'd, she so careful with her beak. Well, I say she's a sweetheart, but she's actually reasonably moody, but still, she's still gentle.

I'm gonna have to call you the bird lady LMAO...
-
I have been called the "crazy bird lady" before, lol. I even have them all tattooed on my leg. How's that for trashy?
-
I dont know you well enough to call you crazy or trashy...

Such a gentleman! Are you sure trucking is right for you, lol?stevep1977 Thanks this.
