Pet policy

Nice feline, Dave. It's crazy, a cat will approach and allow me to pet it and will even set in my lap. I carry canned tuna aboard for myself but I will feed such a friendly cat. One night in Texas I befriended one and it tried to jump up in the cab as I was getting ready to leave. I may have took him had it not been against policy. Here is a pic of my "adopted daughter" Bella...

 

LOL that's just it, she's not too nice lol. For a cat that we've had since it wasn't as big as the mouse for the computer. She's thick too, not fat, very muscular. We got her fixed ASAP after her first heat, so she could go out with the other cats, and..............she doesn't want to go out LOL.
If I told you the money & time I've dropped on rescue/ foster/ adopting out cats, the ridicule would never end.

I saw food chain live one day when I was getting unloaded.
Grocery store throws old food in a dumpster.
Bird comes down, pecks food. Bird lands on ground next to dumpster.
LARGE white alley cat grabs bird from underneath dumpster.
I was going wow, cause I never saw the cat either.

 

There is some amazing videos on YouTube of cats around the world catching prey. It can be hard to watch a cat prey on a small anminal in person, but I realize that they are a predator species and that is what their hard wired to do. Bella is quite a huntress, she has caught mice, voles, birds, lizards, and insects. It's like a micro-Africa Safari sometimes.
