    “My buddy did it”

Million miles total. 150ish on rebuild I guess. I called the actual owner, Someone typed it up for the actual owner. It had a c13 originally. Then was swapped for a 3406B before he purchased it. He’s 3 hours away so not bad to go look at. But I don’t think I like the idea of a swap or a hair shorter box then I’d like. Rather hold out for exactly what I want then settle for it at a not so great price.

In TN, a tri-axle dump can legally gross 74,000 lbs.

I believe PA can do 80k on a tri-axle but I'm not a dumbp truck driver and can't confirm this.

Need one of these to haul that kind of weight around here. 22 tons. I thought it was 6 but it's actually 7 axles.

I know a guy that bought a brand new volvo from the northeast. 6 months before the depression. Don't remember which state. The plant shipped it somewhere else to get the drop installed before coming home to him. Said they were illegal in the state he bought it.

Don't remember the whole story. Since that was a few years back. But sounded like you all couldn't haul heavy OR with pups.

Anyways. Need the axles around these parts. Getting stopped with that kind of weight on a tri. Won't be pretty.

3 lift axles plus a tag? That looks like some science experiment gone horribly wrong.

That accurately describes the bridge law. It's written in such a way that it's nearly impossible for a dump truck to be legal.

Well boys, skipped looking at that 99 I mentioned. Liked what everyone had to say and decided not to bother. I came across this, calling tomorrow and hopefully check it out Monday. Any ideas on price range? Was hoping for 40-45k realistically. Hopefully the link works!
