    The coolant temp sensor is located in the thermostat housing. The sensor/connector points toward the fan blade and is a PITA to access. Loose or not seated wiring connector to the sensor is the most common issue for your symptoms but should be throwing a CEL. There is no oil temp sensor on this engine.

    This is correct. Oil temp is calculated from coolant temp and oil pressure by the NAMUX system. I have fixed a few with bad connections that did not set a fault.
