two things that are almost never copied and make it really easy to spot are the air cleaner elbows vrs straight into the cowl on the later trucks and the tow hooks. let alone you can spot a 389 grill from a mile away. most these drivers don't even know what there actually trying to copy anyway they just think it looks cool and don't even know what a 359 is.

I've got a friend that tried to dummy up a 389 back to a 359.. I simply told him you can put make up on a pig ..but it's still a pig

I wouldn’t say Pete quit building trucks in ‘87. I’m pretty fond of my ‘91.

I’m not fond of the new in look many are going to but hey they like it so that’s all that matters.
