Peterbilt 379 no cab power

I found the problem. I left the jumper wire from starter to frame rail breaker out. I cut the old 70 pin harness up to get it out easily and that wire was ran thru Lume nice so when I put new 70 pin harness on I forgot about that jumper wire that powers the cab
