I had a 22' peterbilt 567 dump truck that was laid over in an accident, the passenger side of the cab/door is in pretty bad shape and caved in. Wondering if a cab from a 579 would work on this truck? I believe the donor cab would need to have been setup for the same engine, but what about the trans? My truck has the allison 4500 and all the cabs I am finding are setup with the eaton ultra shift. I have been striking out on finding a 567 cab.
