They prefer Lech beer as the logistics say. We tend to be a bit passionate about local breweries. Vodka shots bring peace to the table![]()

I'm glad you liked working with Polish troops, Big Duker
Our mainstream media back there are almost totally controlled by leftists who hate pure patriotism we have in hearts naturrally, so pretty much all you can hhear from TV is just badmouth about whatever my people do. Like that image I have posted above - picturing SEALS and GROM folks gettogether? There was one more, with American flag above them and Polish commie media picked on it and made lot of fuss about it: "how come they are posing under US flag!?" Well, let me tell you, we are suckers for Ammerica and pretty much everything it stands for. We would love to build another one in Poland, but its tough when you are between rock and hard place for hundreds years. Its really sad that after 22.000 Polish elite officers got murdered in Katyn, miracolously our first patriot, right-wing president, Lech Kaczynski is down.
Not to mention blaming the pilot for the catastrophe. He was top dog and he could land this old Russian plane into the cornfield if needed, Tu-154 is a tough bird and smuggler's choice world-wide because of that. But we all are alfready fed with BS thru the mainstream media. Here is video from the crash site, featuring gunshots, what else.

Thanks for honest relation from Iraq, if you don't mind I will send your story to the GROM website so they know they did good job securing your convoys. Knowing that first hand from you mean way more than politicians mumbo-jumbo speak. I bet they will drink to it too. God Bless you man! -

Had a lot of other countries there as well. Almost all former Soviet block. Never forget those Bulgarians. 1st day I was at base in S I looked at breakfast line. Who the Hell is going to eat all this salami and other hard meat for breakfast. Well they came in and those boys and girls could pack it away.
Polish have a bunch of real big ol' boys in their army. They said they could retire after 15 yrs so that was a good job to get some type of pension. Lifted a lot of weights and ran a lot. Most didn't mind being in Iraq as they got considerable pay raise and 6 months off when they got back. Still got invites to come visit and stay w/ several of them and I hope to make it some day. Looked at lots of pictures they had. Had no idea that Poland was such a beautiful country. And they said I could visit for a month for less than a week or two in Germany,France, etc.
They were just like all soldiers about laughing at officers. there is a sand pit w/ tubes out side of all dining facilities to clear weapons before entering. One major I think was not liked by a lot of them. One day he goes over and half a ss points his pistol into sandbox and pulls trigger. It goes off which was not real uncommon. But this rube manages to shoot himself right through palm of his hand. They had a good laugh as they hauled his screaming bu tt off to get patched up.
War zone is just like every where else. It's what you make of it. I enjoyed meeting and BSing people from parts of the world I might never see. Most are just like Americans. 95% just want to make a decent living and be happy. The others just steer clear of as much as possible. -
