Buddy is gonna be shocked to find out they use the same frame rails.
IH9300SBA and Kenworth6969 Thank this. -
They could have at least made the dash look different for all that extra money.
-
They have followed the dark path of Western Star, a 57x truck is a Crapcadia with a hood
-
All these hopes about resell being higher on the hood, when you paid more and the most important thing the fuel cost is also WAY more. You’re going to need that resale to try and make up for the fuel cost, if you can even stay in business long enough to recoup any of it. Keep on doing the most important thing wrong.
-
How much difference is fuel economy gonna be pulling flatbed with a 589 vs a 579 midroof?
-
-
Who’s going to tell him that with the exception of the medium duty trucks all 3-series Peterbilt cabs had the same dash?
Or that since 2001 til the end of the 389 Peterbilt never changed the shape of the dash?Deere hunter, Opendeckin, IH9300SBA and 1 other person Thank this. -
Looking at a 387 vs 389 same year.
Looks different to me.
Cup holder in different spot.
I see extra vent on left side of 389.
The 389 vents edges look more round.
The 387 has more plastic area next to parking brake, looks like more storage area.
Even passenger side looks different, air vents in different location.
I'm seeing a lot more differences here compared to the 589 and vs 579 of this year. -
