Peterbilt Cat C15 oil pressure problem

My oil pressure just dropped to 20psi at an idol tonight and gained quit a bit more blow by. Any ideas? It's an 05 acert

 

Is it running rough? What serial# prefix is the engine.

 

How many,miles since last oil change?

What filters you have ?

 

I’m having the similar issue but my accert is around10-20 psi at 600rpm and 55 psi at 1500 rpm any suggestions?

when was last oil change?

does the truck have a blowby tube?

if blowby on truck. what's coming out?
smoke? what color?
oil?

Last oil change was about 4K ago


It has a little bit of blowby and white smoke is coming out.

It has 260k and it’s a 2006

 

that is incredibly low miles for that motor to be that low in pressure.

 

What oil are you running? I've noticed a difference in pressure from rotella and delo. I'm running delo on a fresh overhauled engine and it runs at about 63pounds at 1500rpm. It was higher when I had rotella in it before.
