Thats the only way to get anything done nowadays is to shove a lawyer up their ###... But the only people that come out winners in that game is the lawyers.

The next step if it was me would be calling the state and file a complaint against the dealer, they are licensed and regulated by the state.

    I know,right?!?!
If they still try to weasel out of their obligations I’d sue them and then tell them:“F*** you,I’m buying Freightliner or Volvo from now on!!”

Screw it. Pull the dash out order a Corvette dash for it and put in analog gauges. While you’re at it trash the X-15 & drop in a Big Cam. 0AA16267-4111-40F9-B62D-6744C00BABD7.jpeg

Yeah it is. I’ve been drooling over it for a while now. I’m dying to do to my truck. The pic is a 389 they did it to

Mine also acts like yours also.
I’ve had mine freeze up 3 times that I remember but hasn’t done it in about 6 months.

    Siinman Thanks this.

“Stoneridge Inc.” is the one responsible for the software fix..fwiw. That’s where I would start the litigation :)

This is the one I would report to and be a pia to :)
“National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) “

I haven’t gotten the update on mine yet but strangely enough it hasn’t froze up in about 6 months.

When I go to start it I turn the key and let everything load up including the Nav screen BS. Once it finishes loading I start-r-up! Haven’t had any problems since doing my long startup routine.
