The next step if it was me would be calling the state and file a complaint against the dealer, they are licensed and regulated by the state.

Mine also acts like yours also. I’ve had mine freeze up 3 times that I remember but hasn’t done it in about 6 months.

That’s where I would start the litigation This is the one I would report to and be a pia to “National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) “ I haven’t gotten the update on mine yet but strangely enough it hasn’t froze up in about 6 months. When I go to start it I turn the key and let everything load up including the Nav screen BS. Once it finishes loading I start-r-up! Haven’t had any problems since doing my long startup routine.
