Crack me up. O my gosh, you guys in your inferiority complex. It's like what...2 more feet than yours. Omg.....stop the presses.....how does he manage all that....lol.

 

I find it hilarious people think it's that hard to see. I can set my lopro seat all the way on the floor and still see all but the first 6 inches of the hood at the cowl.

See what you want to do is take the engine out of that and poke it into the coffin sleeper 359 they have there at the same place.

 

That's not a bad idea other than that 359 is a short hood I'am not sure you could stuff that 600 in a short hood.. ..And if I was 20 years younger ...lol

 

Stretch it about 4 foot, push the cab and sleeper back to where they'd need to be and make it a long hood. Sounds real easy doesn't it?

Yes it will fit , I had a 1977 359 short hood with a KTA 525, same size engine.
