peterbilt fuel tank brackets

    What's the easiest way to remove the huck bolts from the fuel tank brackets without using a torch?

    Use a die grinder & a cut off wheel grind the huck head either off or almost off then knock the huck out with either a air hammer or hammer & punch

    Like said, but you might want to use a diamond cutoff wheel instead of the less expensive black abrasive wheels. They cut a lot quicker and they are a lot more durable. I've never cut hug bolts, but was told to be wary of them "flying" off at the end of the cut.

    They are under like 3000 lbs of pressure or something insane like that, had them put dents in my kids vehicle that was like 30 feet away when I was cutting some out in the cab of my truck
