Yes 3 in one day. Two were on the right rear. One on front right. First one just blamed it on the plastic base must have been weak. Second one knew there was a problem but could not figure it out. No one I asked had an explanation. Third one I got a new bag and leveling valve. Replaced leveling valve never had another fail. My explanation was while going down the road leveling valve kept adding air until the bag was extended to far under all that pressure and bang it would do as yours is doing.
Mostly going down the road the bag stud would fail . This last one failed as soon as I pulled into a parking spot for the night. Im gonna assume it was bent over for awhile and that's when it decided to break
I’ve wondered about whether a leveling valve could go haywire and keep filling until “pop!” Never wanted to do that experiment tho.
I'm not sure of the leveling valve is or isn't the problem. It appears to inflate and deflate like its supposed to
I don't know anything about your model truck but there's airbags look awfully High. Do you have any vibration in your drive line or anyting?
This is where peterbilt set the ride height when the leveling valve was replaced a few years ago. I don't hear anything out of the ordinary unless the bags deflate while driving. That is a sound you will literally crap your pants over. It sounds like your Trans is about to fall out or something. Very loud.
