yep. If there's a snag with bill of sale or the title, you are screwed. A bill of sale might need to be notarized, and most honorable notaries WILL NOT notorize a bill of sale without the seller whose name is on the title present. So, then you have a truck that you can't get a tag for, insurance...etc, and you're out $50grand.
