This entire forum is dedicated to drivers calling out poor carriers. Same goes for brokers.

 

I don’t think it’s the same. This forum is based on employees vs employers type of thing.

a bad employer can still be a reliable transportation company.
2 things can be true at the same time.

also just because someone posts a employer being bad we all know that we don’t know the full story. So we don’t jump the gun on anyone unless it’s a pattern. Example Super EGO, bad employer but it seems they don’t have issues delivering on time.

how many times have you read a review that was 1 star on a product but the 1 star was on the package being destroyed because usps didn’t handle it carefully?

To me this bs is just another tool to train drivers to be obedient and accept the lubless shaft.

 

What’s a petition going to do? Imo absolutely. May as well just put on some Clown shoes and picket in front of their headquarters.

If someone posts false information on your company where it causes your business to lose money file a defamation lawsuit.

Lawsuits and court orders to remove the content will change how things are handled.

 

Bad mouthing any company can hurt them financially and even put them out of business. In fact, all the things you've mentioned could easy apply to any broker, carrier, small business, corporations etc etc.

Frankly, most of these carriers on the roads shouldn't be there. They are the main reason rates are so low. If they go away, rates go up.

But go ahead and help your competition survive so he can cut your throat later and laugh while you're the one starving.

professional setting vs casual is a big difference.

also I have not seen Amazon, Cr England, Western Express, Swift, Or anyone else losing money over disgruntled employees. In fact you see the opposite. Even with bad reviews you still see people wanting to drive for them.

 

You're completely missing the point and I'd rather not waste time arguing about it with you. You're free to believe whatever you want to believe.

 

Hopefully, it will get an attention from a tort law practice. Maybe there are some state level libel laws that could apply here.
Common sense tells me that when one side can defame the other side without their possibility not only to retort but even see it, then there's wrong, if not illegal.
