Lol. Since I don't pay for it, it's a "Prius". KW T700. Of course I'd love to be back driving my W900L. But it is what it is. Billy Bigrigger isn't what I use to describe O/O's. don't worry. You're safe.

By the way. I'm not "in love" with the e-logs. I did just fine for many years on paper. I miss the flexibility and the fact that I could do whatever the hell I wanted. What I like about E-Logs is the accountability. People have to be accountable for what they do, the planners to the dispatchers to the drivers. You have to do your job the right way or the job won't get done. Which, for me works just fine because that means more loads open up to me because I quickly learned and embraced the e-logs after I learned that it isn't crimping anything I do or how I drive. I used up run straight 10-11 hours without stopping. I can't do those cross country trips in 2 and a half or three days anymore, but to be honest, I really don't want to anymore. But you can get the job done on these. Remember how I said I ran 4200 on my 70 last week, never did a restart, and I came out of Eugene, OR to Caldwell, ID, a short run to Nampa and back and then I delivered in Plover, WI this am. Now being loaded for Florida. All that on my back 8. It's all about time management.

now you...well it seems that ur just a big meanie or maybe ur confused with someone who actually cares whats recorded on this site.

i'll keep it simple im not out here for the sole purpose of getting a paycheck nor am i smoking dope doing crack (high speed chicken feed) out in the parking lot or boozing away with a local lizard i'm just out here doing a job and being as professional as i can while still maintaining being some sort of a human being and having a lil fun while i'm at it. I do this for the love of trucking and the lifestyle that it comes with it and yes i was one of those kids growing up that played with nothing but toy trucks.... so what i mess with my books from time to time but do i run tired? no i dont care what time of day it is i stop plain and simple does it happen often (the stopping part) no because i do my best to run as legal as possible for the most part. but sometimes there is no way around it

basically what it all boils down to is Do i need some computer telling me how to live and do my job and telling me when its sleep time and when its work time. I can assure you I dont. Do you? if the answer is yes it's probally time to get out of the industry before u hurt urself or someone else

so your saying u dont know how to manage ur time with out ur e-log kinda sad isn't it? most real drivers can do that in there head or on a pad and paper and the're map book. sounds to me we have a steering wheel holder who drives recklously and has a serious risk of hurting someone when let off his leash. oh wait im sorry i'm just a super trucker so my opinion doesnt matter so please continue just let me get my popcorn out of microwave

Come on now....We have to accept that in some cases....EOBR's work......

There is no "One Size Fits All" in trucking....Otherwise we all be would running 379's with Kitties and Twin Sticks, with enough shiny chrome and Chicken lights for Stevie Wonder to see clearly....
