Petro Fargo ND restaurant closing, scumbag TA strikes again.

I eat the Cajun Grilled Whitefish and the Chicken Stirfry quite often at the TA, the Ground Steak at Petro.

Husband was somewhere and they had a Golden Corral, he enjoyed the food. So many of the places have terrible food, so it is hit or miss sometimes. He eats out of the truck mostly.

 

Not many of us have the option to eat out of the truck



And those that do are the reason truck stop restaurants are going away

 

And why not?You can eat at a nice fancy restraurant every now and again if you wanted to.If ts restaurants are fading its because of the food.

 

patty, you need to remember jabber does not understand the idea of asking for/keeping some extra money in his pocket for "nicer things" ... he is the same guy that thinks only an idiot would pay more for a salmon or steak dinner, once in a while, when you could just have the most inexpensive choice instead ...

Once a week when I was OTR I would go to a nice restraurant usually outback or Olive Garden.Any trk driver can if they really wanted to.

 

They put a stupid Popeyes in the TA in Rhode Island too. When they were building I told the manager it was dumb. If you're going to do fast food, at least do one with breakfast. So I walk a 1/4 mile up the hill to Dunkin Donuts for a bagel or across the street to Dan's for dinner.

 

Truck stop "resturans" are driving me to eat out of the truck. It's hard to mess up hash browns but most of them do.

 

I try to go out once a week, but I either am too busy, too broke, or just don't care
