Haven't been here for like 10 years. Dudes peeing right at the fuel island. Hard not to like a place like this.

I ordered spaghetti and got chicken parmession.

Maybe that's just how it is here. Like one of those TV shows where no matter what you order, you get chicken parmession.

You are not too far from me neighbor.

I know exactly where you are. The behavior of that driver peeing is not acceptable at all. Did you report him to the fuel desk by chance? They would most certainly take care of him.

That particular petro has been slowly going downhill for the last 15 year or so. First they removed the video games near the truckstop fuel doors to ease the crowding and they cutback on the inventory a little bit in that store.

If anything good at all, I understand they still have the same wait staff and decent cook in the restaurant side where they do a reasonably good job when things are not rushed and are rather quiet in that room. However they are getting on in years Im afraid and i think it's been ten years minimum for all three of them. I don't know how much longer they will work there.

Wife and I occasionally take our meals there several times a year, usually on a tuesday afternoon early when they are not too busy. And ask for our food to be welldone.

I won't be able to come down to visit you today, there is a funeral of another trucker in our area which we are to attend. If you come up 67 today northbound say near noon, Be very careful; our police are very good at blocking off traffic for funeral processions. If they decide to use 31 south, then I-40 will become interesting this afternoon. But at the moment we will find out for sure when it's time for burial today.

I encourage you to report that scumbag at the fuel desk the Police can make him go away quick enough. There is no excuse for that BS when the bathrooms are just inside those doors and also on the second floor.

I also am with Wore out on this one, I know of a couple better places to eat without the trouble you speak of.

You should have went over to the Pilot across the street. There's always lots of drivers partying and having a good time while staged in the fuel line for much of their day. But you'll have to pay a cover charge weekdays 08:00 - 16:00

I do appreciate the offer, but I'm the one that's a bit wore out lol.
I got home Thursday, and was on the fence about getting everything done to my truck.
I'd been out for 3-1/2 weeks.

So I call Freightliner of Arizona for the Criminally Insane Thursday morning about 0900.
A woman answers the service phone.
I says "How busy are you this morning? "

    Reply, "Huh?"

I says, "What is the wait time to get a truck in to get servived?"

    Reply " I don't understand. "

    I says, "WHAT............IS...............THE.............WAIT...............TIME................TO................GET..................A...................TRUCK................INTO..................THE....................SHOP.................PLEASE?"

Reply, " Oh, oh, oh, we can get you right in."

I hang up. There's just no way I'm taking my truck down there. Can't do it. Especially with long weekend, I figure anybody worth a hoot is already gone for 4 days.

People are just throwing money, so did the mad man dash to the market, laundry, packed up the cats, now I'm in Tennessee.

Sheila says "But you just got home."

Every truck stop at that exit sucks.
In fact the whole exit itself sucks.
    I truck right past it.
    It's one big headache.

I noticed the Loves there was torn down, but later discovered it burned pretty bad (kitchen area origin) back in February and they demolished it. So that poor excuse for a truck stop is now gone and maybe the traffic flow at the interchanges should flow better at least.

It wouldn't matter if you stopped for some of that "good white" or "good green".
