So you CHOSE to break the law and it finally caught up with you and now you want everyone to feel sorry for you??? Winnie is not like Mentone or Terlingua. Right around Beaumont/Houston. Several thousand companies to choose from down there. And if you had such a great record why didn't you go else where? You were either fine with getting fat on their money or there is more to the story.
That said I do hope you get well soon. Maybe when heeled and haired over you can find a better place to work.
