The trainers I met were laid back. They're not a holes for the most part unless you really do something stupid. The equipment overall is good they just got a pete 386 they are testing out for the new OTR truck but it may be a while before we get them if we even do.

Steel toe boots, a bed roll, money to eat on while with trainer, laundry detergent, overalls/coveralls if you dont want to get dirty, CDL, social security card and maybe a jacket.

Yep I'm still around and yes they are keeping me busy. I am more busy than I was van and this is supposed to be slow time for flatbed from what I've been told. Not here though they been running me like a little slave but I don't mind I love money. I been home every weekend but 1 since I started so I'm fairly happy. PGT is not the best company around but its nowhere near the worst. The good overcomes the bad here.

Thanks. If anyone is planning to go to PGT please reference me. They're having another drawing to give another truck away.:biggrin_25519:

My name is Jeremy Phillips. Travis Montgomery was my recruiter and a really good guy.

Hey JP I was wondering if you would mind sharing how much your average gross is per week? Would be nice to know before I make a decision. Thanks

Your gross all depends on you. I've made 1000 and I've made 500 just depends on the week a good average would be 900 or so. Keep in mind it will also increase when things pick back up after warm weather is here. The load I'm on now pays the truck $2.25/mile for 750 miles. I get 25.5% of that. So thats $430 in 1 day or .57/mile.

    BigDD Thanks this.
