they have orientation for company drivers in monaca. has been some talk about starting orientation in gary indiana. ic's i have heard are going to be going to birmingham al for orientation.

idle policy they prefer you to have 25% or less idle time. pgt pays for idle aire at participating truck stops

hotel isn't too bad. it ain't the ritz carlton... but it isn't a flea bag either. least the one in monaca.

i haven't seen alot of the north east. presuming your northeast is like the rest of the countries and stops at NYC. see alot of philly, baltimore and trenton though.

training isn't nothing. 4 days orientation. paid. depending on your driving experience and/ or flat bed experience. you may just go out 2 or 3 days with a local driver (exp flat bed hauler) or you may go out with a trainer 1 to 2 weeks. paid. ( little to no experience as a driver)

hi all my hubs drivers for pgt . hes been with them since april 11 . was worried that they had made huge promises and wouldnt follow thru . they were shakey to start out but after the 1st few weeks things mellowed out and lets just say they followed thru . the pay is good the hometime is good and we can finally live and still pay our bills . the money is right the truck s nice and he has a nice dispatcher .
