    Is CRE changed the way they do the phase II training? I believe it use to be that the majority of the phase II trainers were lease operators. I think now it is with another student. IsCRE becoming more Co. drivers, or wanting to go more team after training, and not many solos?

    Looks like team is the thing. It is difficult to make any money as a solo lease operator, unless you train. Looks like they have cut back on the number of trainers, or are having difficulty finding trainers
