Philadelphia Navy Yard Question

If any of you can provide more information I would appreciate it greatly...
I am rolling in there Monday to pick up a Shaft to carry back to Norfolk... I see it is off 95 at Exit 17... I am wondering what the best way to get in there is....... looking at the map looks simple but we all know how that can be. and no one is answering the phone there tried yesterday before 5:00 any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ..

 

Hellraiser thanks Dead on directions.. Unfortunately with all the construction at the yard getting around with a 85 ft stretched double drop was a pain in the backside.. finally got to the bldging to load and it was too late to go anywhere for the day..
