I don't remember the details, but it gave me a fit ordering to but I did get it worked out. I think it had something to do with swapping upgrades with another phone.

I have 4 phones, wife and kids are standard phones with unlimited text and share 1000 minutes (which you NEVER go over because mobile to mobile is free), mine is a 29.99 extra smartphone unlimited everything. Runs me about 170.00 a month for all 4.

I have an iPhone 4 with unlimited data and the hotspot feature. I am getting rid of the hotspot because I just got an iPad with 3G. Once the contract on my iPhone is up I'm getting just a dumb phone back on the AT&T plan the rest of the family is on because the iPad fits the needs of the smartphone and laptop while I'm on the truck. Gonna get the mount for the iPad because my gps app on the iPad is awesome! I can actually read it!

see i have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet but i dont like using it on the internet because some things work and some dont for webpages. i dont have a contract on it I just use the wifi in my house. My wife loves it but i would rather use my laptop. I have talked to a bunch of people and i think i will be going Droid on Verizon. We will see. I got my conformation email today so i now have until April 16th to get ready.

I use boost and the only place I don't get coverage is Cedar Springs,Ga. I also have a IPad with At&T service and can't get service either, so you will be fine with Boost. ( Boost runs on Sprint towers)

Boost uses the sprint cell network, as long as you have free roaming you have nothing to worry about. However if you have a data plan for any cell phone you will want to turn data roaming off on the phone. I have Verizon, only place I don't get a signal is part of the WV toll road and a couple other spots in WV. In fact WV just sucks period. Also Eden Terminal is a really crappy signal spot, you will bounce towers since its right on the border.

Okay so i could stay with Boost and just get a better phone then? i have unlimited everything so i would be ok. i mean i only pay $50 a month. That is alot better than $80 a month or more with verizon. I am still gonna think about it for a little bit. Like i said i have until the 16th of next month to figure it all out.

I got an ipad the last time I was home. I told the wife to take it back 2 days later. I thought it was a total waste of money and doesn't come close to doing what the laptop does. Nothing more than an over sized itouch. Every thing is just apps, not the true website. Really limits what you can do.

    Old MP Thanks this.
