Physical test with Central

Its still Sept. Hit the gym for 3-4 weeks and work well will be easy!

 

Now this is scary!! I'm in pretty good shape (considering I was >320# 2 years ago and I'm 160# down) - but with reading this I tried lifting a 40# bag of kitty litter - I did it, but way not easily. I'm not sure if I could do 50#!! How many times do you have to do the lift over the head? Now looking around for something that's 75#s!!

 

It will be in a milk crate. So you will have handles on the sides. Kitty litter is normally in a bag, and not as easy to hold.
It would pay to practice some and get use to the weight.
Over the head is once with each I believe. It has been a long time since I have done Centrals test. I did one like it with heartland though.
One of these guys or gals that went to the school more recently will know for sure though.

 

Well at least I found this out before getting down there - it will give me time to 'work out'
